What Our Customers are Saying
A huge shout out to Coastal Refrigeration! My parents live in Myrtle Beach and I live in Utah. I work in the industry and they had asked me if I thought a tune up was important (which of course I think it is) so they scheduled with these guys. It is hard to have your parents so far away and hope they get treated right by people they hire. Their technician showed up on time, he was clean cut, charged what they were quoted on the phone and didn't get "sold" on anything! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks for taking care of my parents.
I used Coastal Refrigeration on May 10, 2016. They sent a technician out immediately, he was polite, professional and very competent. I would use them again anytime and recommend them to anyone who needs an excellent A/C repair shop. He was able to diagnose the problem which was somewhat unusual and make the repair. He even had to go to pick up a part and come back to install it and complete the repair. Great job (Billy)! John P. Pawleys Island
